Hey everyone,
Quick one outside the usual Saturday issue.
Over the last couple of weeks I rebuilt a big chunk of dugoutvault.app so it's worth checking more than once a week. Most of it now updates itself, daily or weekly, so the numbers are current when you get there.
START HERE
The top of the home page now has a strip that updates itself: the next few releases, how many card shows are on this weekend, the lockout countdown, and the cheapest grading tier open right now. One look and you're caught up. Each piece links to the full tool below.
The four tools behind it:
Every upcoming baseball release from Topps, Bowman, Panini and Leaf, with confirmed dates kept separate from retailer guesses. 18 on the board right now, starting with Pro Debut on Monday and Holiday on the 21st. Updated daily.
The CBA expires December 1. The tracker counts it down (46 days as of this morning), shows the Kalshi odds of a deal before then (6%, which is not great), and lines up both sides' proposals issue by issue. If you're sitting on current-player cards this winter, keep it open.
PSA, SGC, CGC, Beckett and TAG side by side: cheapest open tier, turnaround, and which tiers are paused. PSA's backlog is 8.2 million cards. If you have 25 cards ready, CGC Bulk at $17 is the cheapest way in right now. Checked weekly.
Pick a set, a box type and how many boxes you're opening. It gives you your real chance at a specific auto or parallel off Topps' official odds, plus how many boxes it takes to get to a coin flip. Five 2026 sets so far: Update, Bowman Chrome, Topps Chrome, Series 2 and Finest.
A few smaller things too. The Southeast card show calendar now refreshes weekly (111 shows across six states, 18 this weekend alone). The grading ROI calculator pulls live grading prices from the tracker.

Send this to one collector
A forward from you does more for this newsletter than anything I can post. Pick one person who rips packs or sends cards in for grading and send them this email.
Give them a reason to sign up: subscribing unlocks the free printable checklists for all seven 2026 Topps and Bowman sets on the site, with a tick box next to every card.
I’m finalizing Issue #26 now, which should still land on Saturday morning.
